These Terms and Conditions apply and are mandatory for anyone who uses the Website or browses it, who promises to fully and unconditionally accept them. If a physical or legal person does not agree with any of the conditions contained in this agreement, he shall refrain from further use and signing up for the products and services offered by RENTING RIBS, since the mere browsing of the Website is subject to the conditions contained herein.

RENTING RIBS reserves the right to change the conditions of use and privacy policy of the website, so it is the duty of the physical or legal person who uses the site to periodically review these conditions.

RENTING RIBS is not responsible for the availability of the Website for use by the Customers; The company also does not accept any liability for damages arising from the use of the platform or communication mechanisms.

2. Purpose

RENTING RIBS is a platform specialized in rib hire, transport and warehouse for dinghy coaches.

Also, in collaboration with COVECAR, RENTING RIBS provides a van renting service for dinghy equipment transport.

3. Booking process and quotation

3.1. Ribs

Contact us for your quotation per day or per event. We offer different models of Rib boats to meet the needs of sailing clubs, federations and sailing coaches:

Salthouse 5.8: Designed to provide a smoother ride, tighter turning angles, more working room and a simple clean layout, these rib boats are also making coaches lives easier with their ability to track clean and straight during close on-water coaching.

When your ‘office’ is on the water comfort is paramount – the Salthouse Coach Boat provides a dry, ergonomically sympathetic layout also giving coaches a generous working platform.

VSR RIB F10: Ideal for accompanying all types of boats, towing laser dinghies (up to six at a time without causing engine problems), and carrying backup equipment. It is suitable for use alongside boats such as Optimist, 420, Laser, and Europa models.

VSR 5.8r, designed by experts from the UK’s Royal Yachting Association (RYA), is wider, more reinforced, with larger inflatable sections and added extras. According to English technical experts, it is «the best semi-rigid inflatable vessel currently in use.

3.1. Vans

RENTING RIBD provides Vans for dinghy sailors and coaches to drive safely and complaint with the local legality. We partnered with the company COVECAR to provide the best vehicles to transport your dinghy equipment to all the venues.The cars are already prepared for all dinghy activity and include:

Tow Bar
Possibility to install roof rack’s
Extra license plate for the trailer
Up to 3.500Km per month
Automatic and manual shifters
Necessary to pay a deposit*.

Delivery and pick up at Renting Ribs
Ferry Boarding Insurance
Windows Insurance
Tires Insurance

**Deposit to be returned at the end of the rental if the vehicle is in the same condition

4. Payment

The Customer will pay the full price for the activity through the payment methods established by RENTING RIBS. 

Cancellation and Return Policy

When a customer cannot attend a booked rent or service, they can cancel the reservation under the following conditions:

No refund as a normal basis, except if the spot is canceled, it will again be available to other customers. In the event that the canceled spot becomes booked by another customer, the original user will receive a 50% of refund.
